These companies may express interest in global markets or require support to enter new territories.

2. Referral Submission:
International trade managers visit our dedicated referral webpage
They complete our user-friendly referral form provided on the webpage.
The referral form captures essential information about the referred company, such as name, industry, contact details, and a brief description of their international goals and challenges.

3. Initial Contact:
Our dedicated referral program team receives the referral information.
We promptly review the information, and where appropriate reach out to the referred company to initiate contact.
The purpose of this initial contact is to understand the company's specific international needs and challenges.

4. Customized Solutions:
We work closely with the referred company to develop personalized Online Global solutions.
These solutions are tailored to address the unique international online and expansion requirements of the referred company.

5. Execution:
Upon agreement, we implement the agreed-upon solutions in collaboration with the referred company.
We provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the company's international journey.

To ensure the success of our referral program, that America's Exporters benefit and the effectiveness of our Online Global service programs, we kindly request you adhere to the following guidelines when identifying and referring potential U.S. companies for our America's Exporters Referral Community to Boost American Exports Online Globally:

1. Company size, Exporting and Target Markets:  We primarily assist small medium sized U.S. companies that are already exporting and expanding internationally, with clear identified target markets.

2. Ideal Client Profile: Small medium sized U.S. companies with sales of $3M+, employees numbering 10+, and a structured management team including officer’s responsible for marketing, sales, and or business development. 

3. Global Ambitions: Prioritize companies with genuine global ambitions. These may include organizations actively exploring international markets, example attending international trade fairs, and trade missions or encountering challenges in their global expansion efforts.

4. Online presence: A good existing U.S. American English website (including eCommerce), preferrable using GA4 analytics, understanding and active in search engine and social media marketing in the US.

5. Information: When submitting a referral, please provide as much information as possible about the referred company. This includes company name, website URL, industry, contact details, social media links, and a brief description of their international goals and challenges.

6. Awareness of Referral: Please ensure that the referred company is aware and receptive to our outreach.

7. Follow-Up and Engagement: We ask that you stay engaged throughout the referral process. We will be Ccing you on emails, and inviting you to e-meetings.
